What's actually in a Standard Clean?

What we cover on a standard visit, who it's built for, and what the first appointment looks like.

September 19, 2026← Guides and notes.

The Standard Clean is the visit most of our recurring clients live on — kitchen, baths, floors and surfaces, done on a rhythm that holds. Here's what's actually in it.

What's included

  • Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and outside of appliances
  • Bathrooms — tub, shower, toilet, sink and mirrors
  • Floors, vacuumed and mopped
  • Dusting on surfaces, sills and reachable furniture
  • Trash emptied, beds made if linens are already off

Who it suits

If your home holds its shape between visits — no renovation dust, no years-deep buildup — a standard clean keeps it that way. Most clients book it on a recurring rhythm, weekly or biweekly. If it's been a while since the last clean, or you're prepping for a move, the Deep Clean or Move In / Move Out service is the better starting point — a standard clean after that keeps the result going.

What to expect

Your team lead walks the home once to note anything unusual, then works room by room. Kitchen and baths get the most time; floors are last so nothing gets walked back over.

See the full Standard Clean details for pricing and what's not included, or add on interior windows or an oven clean to the same visit.
